Welcome to the Inaugural Miracle League All-Star game in Findlay, Ohio.   Over the next few months, we will be reaching out to you for information to make this event a special occasion for all involved. Here is some information to help answer questions that you may have.


All-Star Families – All-Star Families will receive one room for two nights. The Findlay All-Star Committee will cover the hotel room. If you have additional family or friends who will be attending, please let us know and we will help arrange their rooms in the same hotel. There is a special rate for the event for extra rooms. We have a Hotel team who will take care of making arrangements for you. Our plan is to call each family and get your specific needs and get your family into the right room upon your arrival. Timing – In late May and June, we will be reaching out to each of you and will work with our hotel data base for your needs. Please do not call the hotels directly. They will not have as up to date information as we will.


League Executive Directors/Board members – We have rooms set aside for you. We will call and make sure that we get the room that is with your All-Star family and at the special rate we have negotiated. The cost of your room is your responsibility. Please do not call the hotels directly.


You will be responsible for your own transportation to Findlay, Ohio. If you are coming in by airplane to either Detroit or Columbus Airports, there are rental cars available. Once you are in Findlay, we will have ADA bus transportation available for you and your family, to and from all the events. It will be your choice if you want to use your personal vehicle or use the ADA bus transportation that we have arranged. When we reach out to you, please advise us what your specific needs will be. There are no fees to use the bus transportation

  Hotel Check-in    Primary time is from 2-5pm (if you will be arriving earlier please advise)
  Dinner Mixer – downtown Findlay – 5:30 to 8:00pm (Casual meal downtown Findlay at the Marathon Center for the Performing Arts.)  come down for dinner and stay to experience the games and entertainment we have planned for you evening.  Meet other All Star Families from around the country.  Bus transportation provided.
Saturday, September 15th, 2018
   Light Breakfast at the hotels served from – 6:30am to 10am
   All-Star Games at the BVHS Miracle Park – 9am to 4pm (there will be games and activities all day)  Bus transportation provided.
   Lunch available  from – 11am to 2pm at the BVHS Miracle Park (Everyone will be provided food vouchers for Lunch)
   GALA Celebration at the Hancock Hotel(dinner, awards and entertainment) – 6pm to 9pm  Bus transportation provided.

Light Breakfast at the hotels served from    6:30am to 10am
Check out of hotels by noon
Times are estimated at this point and are subject to change depending on events.  Bus transportation will be provided to all locations to and from the hotels.
All-Star PHOTOS:
We will need a photo of your All-Star for the program.  We will want a picture of them in their uniform and some additional details about their likes and favorite sports team/player.  Please pick out your photos and be ready when we reach out to you for the Hotel accommodations.
